Opportunity for Trainee New Homes Sales Advisors
An established new homes developer is seeking Trainee Sales Advisors to enhance their dynamic team for the Perth region
This role will involve training modules, having mentors who will show you the best methods of selling homes. You will initially work across a few sales offices on New homes developments in the Perth area.
This role offers starting salary from £22,000 to £25,000 depending on transferrable experience.
Once you\’re an established sales person a sales advisors role offers on-target earnings (OTE) of around £55-60k
Having gained the required training and shown you are a confident sales person, you will be given your own developement of new homes to sell.
This is a full time position working from Thursday to Monday- 10am -5pm
Ideal skills and experience include:
– Proven sales acumen, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
– Well presented, professional but warm approachable manner
– IT/ CRM system familiarity.
– A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality service
– The flexibility to work the required schedule, including weekends
