We\'re working on behalf of our manufacturing client based close to Pensitone, Barnsley. This is a great opportunity to join a business that are expanding and investing in their staffs futures. Our client are a manufacturing giant and support the construction industries with their specialist products. If you are looking to join a business which are expanding and offer a fast paced, varied working environment then this could be the role for you. The Person: Apprentice Trained (NVQ Level 3). Experienced in a manufacturing environment. Multiskilled with experience working with electrical and mechanical faults/machines. Ambitious / Motivated / Keen eye for Detail / Effective Communication. The Role: Working to a Planned Preventative Maintenance structure. Producing job/PM sheets and ensuring the Maintenance Planner has the information to populate the CMMS. Working closely with the production team to ensure machine faults are quickly understood and production downtime is at a minimal. Adhering to strict health and safety policy. PLC fault finding. Working with Hydraulics / Pneumatics. This role is working a 4 on 4 off pattern, 12 hour days and nights and is paying a salary of 46,548 per year plus additional benefits.
