Due to contract growth, we are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for a leading business on a waste water site in Leven.

As part of an established team, you will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a day to day basis across the site. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in working on a Waste Water site with experience working with PLC s and Star/Delta startups however those with a strong industrial maintenance background will be considered

Candidates must be time served with 18th Edition to be considered for this role

This is a permanent position based on Days Mon - Friday (Apply online only)

The role comes with a Van and Fuel card also.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation of a comprehensive site maintenance management regime.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics and O&M manuals.
  • A strong electrical fault-finding capability
  • A strong team working ethic with a flexible working approach
  • Experience working with PLCs, star/delta startups.
  • Assist with the development of Apprentice worker(s)
  • Provide assistance to mechanical fitters as and when required

Skills & Attributes

  • Time Served Engineer - qualified in an electrical discipline
  • 18th Edition qualified
  • Experienced working on industrial sites Waste Water is highly advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of PLC s and Star Delta Start ups
