Graduate Surveyor Position
Our client, a well-respected regional Property Consultancy, is seeking a Graduate to join their Agency & General Practice team, based in their Woking office, focusing on a range of commercial property. The Graduate Surveyor will be working on a range of professional, agency, and valuation work, operating directly alongside a chartered surveyor while working towards completing the APC process to become MRICS qualified.
Our client has a track record of helping individuals achieve chartered status. This firm is a leading independent group of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Agents, offering a full range of RICS-accredited services, including property agency, valuations, management, lease advisory, and building consultancy. With multiple offices across the South East, they provide expert advice to clients across various sectors. Salary & Benefits
Salary: £25k – £28k DOE (open to discussion for a candidate with experience)
Holiday: 25 days plus BH
