Our client, a leading global recruitment firm is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Researcher to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to an exciting period of growth we are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Researcher to join their team in Tunbridge Wells, where you will work with an experienced team of consultants to help connect top talent with global opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidate CVs and applications
- Source candidates through job board and LinkedIn
- Communicate to a high level with candidates and clients
- Work as part of a team to ensure client relationships are maintained to a high standard
- Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure your knowledge is maintained at all times
- Maintain and update internal CRM systems
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or previous sales experience
- Excellent customer service experience, confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Switched-on, able to keep up with industry trends and knowledge
- Highly-motivated with a keenness to kickstart a career in Recruitment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
