Title: Graduate/Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant Location: Central London Office (Hybrid) Expected Start Date: Summer 2025 We are on the hunt for an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office. Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We are partnered and have very well established relationships with the globes leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups! The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate\'s potential through questioning/qualification. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Qualifications Demonstrated hard worker- I.E. Bachelor\'s degree with a high classification or impressive/consistent work history Quota or goal oriented- entrepreneurial mindset Able to meet deadlines Independently motivated/Self-starter Excellent written and verbal communication Team player Personality!
