The Basics:
Role: CNC Machinist – CNC Turner
Position: Permanent
Location: Chelmsford
Shifts & Pay:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Fridays 7:30am to 12:30
Pay: 17.83 per hour working 39hrs = 36159 per annum + overtime earnings of 40000 and upwards achievable.
Overtime: Paid at x1.5 Mon-Sat and x2 on Sundays
Holidays/Benefits: 25 days + 8 bank holidays, After every 5 years\’ service an extra day holiday up to a max of 4 days, annual pay rises negotiated yearly, pension, modern work environment, free parking, uniform.
Overview:
Working in modern, purpose-built manufacturing facilities we now require a CNC Turner to join the team.
The ideal candidate / CNC Turner may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Time served engineering apprenticeship
- Must have previous CNC Turning experience
- Be able to program/edit online at the machine
- Experience within a precision engineering environment beneficial
Commutable from: Wickford, Basildon, Brentwood, Rayleigh, Chelmsford, Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas.
