About the Role

Our client partners with hundreds of employers across England. The next phase focuses on deepening relationships: increasing learners per employer, expanding progression routes, and maximizing impact.

What You'll Be Doing

This hybrid role combines new business development with account growth and progression strategy. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full sales cycle for new employers, from prospecting to closing
  • Strengthening existing employer relationships by identifying new teams, locations, or needs
  • Conducting strategic Training Needs Analysis conversations
  • Mapping out apprenticeship journeys to enhance learner progression and funding efficiency
  • Gathering feedback and showcasing success stories to drive growth
  • Collaborating with delivery teams for smooth handovers and positive learner experiences
  • Providing insights to marketing, operations, and leadership for future improvements

What We're Really Looking For

Compensation & Culture

  • Flat 2% commission on each apprenticeship start
  • 1.5% quarterly bonus for hitting personal targets (12 starts full-time)
  • 0.5% team bonus if collective quarterly targets are met (currently 99 starts across 2.6 FTE)
  • Paid quarterly, one month after quarter-end, transparent process

What You Need

  • 2-3 years in B2B sales or account development
  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
  • Curious, values-driven, motivated by purpose and performance
