The Firm offers all-round accounting, tax and business advice to a client base of varying sized businesses across a wide range of industries. Your new role
As this Firm\'s Client Manager, you will be dealing with a wide range of clients from sole traders, partnerships and limited companies with a key focus on proactively supporting SMEs and OMBs. You will manage a significant sized portfolio, with a team of professional support staff to ensure you deliver a quality service. Focusing on accounts, tax and other general accountancy practice services along with project work.
Key Duties: -
- Manage your own client portfolio, as well as that of your team
- Working with your team to provide a high quality, proactive service
- Building long standing client relationships
- Developing and supporting the trainees within your team
- Reviewing trainee prepared accounts files, offering constructive feedback and mentorship
- Basic tax planning
- Monitoring of your team\'s workflow, communicating with your fellow team leaders, and sharing resources and knowledge where possible.
- Take on the coordination and delivery of a full service to each client
