Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and pleasant environment for our clients and guests, whether in a commercial setting or within the hospitality industry.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of designated areas.
  • Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle waste disposal and recycling in an efficient manner.
  • Assist with laundry services as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Previous janitorial or domestic cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
