A busy and collaborative marketing team is looking for a Designer / Artworker to join and play a key role in the delivery of high-quality creative marketing collateral across the business. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role suited to someone with strong design ability, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive “can do” attitude. You’ll be working across print and digital projects, supporting campaigns and ensuring all creative output is consistent, accurate, and on brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, invitations, presentations, templates, and digital assets
- Create content for social media, websites and wider digital platforms
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines
- Support conversion of content into digital formats (e.g. Flipsnack)
- Maintain and update digital asset libraries, ensuring strong version control
- Support merchandise and promotional goods, including sourcing and creative ideas aligned to brand and sustainability values
- Assist with events, seminars and wider marketing activity across multiple office locations
- Provide general marketing and administrative support to the wider team
Person spec:
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator essential)
- Experience in both print and digital design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- A creative portfolio demonstrating design capability and finished work
- Good organisational and project management skills
- Confident communicator and team player
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
- Design qualification desirable
- Knowledge of Figma and digital asset platforms advantageous
