In this role you will be the lead of a team of 3. This team focuses on escalations, advisory as well as the juicy side of policy and governance for sanctions. This firm is known for their internal development, incredibly strong senior leadership in compliance, and the MLRO (who you would report into) is particularly strong at retention.
The main caveat in this role, is we need someone who has really deep trade finance experience.
- 5+ years in 2LOD sanctions advisory or escalations in trade finance (a must)
- Proven experience in being the escalation point from 1LOD and the business
- You must have experience in c-suite level interactions and presenting
