We're currently working on an opportunity within a global financial services firm operating across global financial markets. This role sits within a high-impact Surveillance function, playing a key part in ensuring trading activity is monitored effectively and regulatory requirements are met.
The Role: This is a hybrid BA / PM position where you’ll act as the bridge between Compliance, Surveillance, and Technology. You’ll be responsible for:
- Translating surveillance requirements into technical deliverables
- Working closely with tech teams across the full delivery lifecycle
- Supporting data integration, feeds, and controls
- Driving projects from inception through to delivery
- Acting as a key stakeholder across global teams
There’s also a strong data and technical element, so experience working with feeds, data quality, and testing is important.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager within Surveillance / Surveillance IT
- Strong understanding of financial markets and regulated environments
- Ability to work across multiple asset classes
- Confident stakeholder management across business and tech
- Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
