We are working with a boutique consulting firm supporting a diverse range of financial services clients, including global banks, FinTechs, payment institutions, and other regulated firms, to deliver complex financial crime transformation and advisory programmes. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful financial crime change initiatives, while also contributing to broader advisory and regulatory engagements.
We have two roles:
- Lead and support end-to-end financial crime transformation programmes, including regulatory-driven and efficiency-focused initiatives.
- Manage multi-workstream projects, coordinating across Compliance, Operations, Technology, Data, and senior stakeholders.
- Translate regulatory and commercial requirements into clear, pragmatic delivery plans.
- Oversee risk, dependencies, timelines, and budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes.
- Support programme governance, escalation, and stakeholder reporting.
Advisory & Technical Delivery:
- Conduct financial crime assessments, audits, and health checks.
- Perform gap analyses against regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
- Review and enhance policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
- Support the design and implementation of financial crime frameworks and operating models.
- Develop practical, implementable recommendations and support remediation activity.
What we're looking for:
- 3–5+ years of experience in financial crime within consulting or financial services.
- Broad exposure across: AML, CTF, Sanctions, Fraud, ABC, Tax Evasion.
- Experience delivering financial crime change or transformation programmes and/or conducting assessments, reviews, or advisory engagements.
