The CCO want someone to come in with ideas, experience and a real zeal for their role. They want to empower you to drive the function forward.

The ideal candidate must have a background in 1LOD, and 2LOD, understanding how to optimise the control framework.

What the client has asked for:

• A strong people manager who has a passion and 3+ years managing and developing teams of 10+
• Experience in control work, policy and procedure creation
• Experience in tool implementation, vendor management creation
• 4+ years in FX, Payments or similar sector.
