We're working with a high-growth UK challenger bank looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance Manager into its expanding second line Compliance team.
This is a broad, business-facing role where you'll provide independent oversight and challenge across FCA/PRA regulation, helping to shape and mature the bank's regulatory compliance framework as it continues to scale.
You'll be responsible for
- Providing 2LOD regulatory compliance advice, oversight and challenge.
- Managing regulatory change, horizon scanning and obligations mapping.
- Supporting new products, regulatory reporting, SMCR and governance.
- Producing compliance MI and reporting for senior leadership and committees.
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business to embed regulatory compliance.
- Strong UK Regulatory Compliance experience within a bank, lender or payments firm.
- Knowledge of FCA/PRA regulation, SMCR, regulatory change and governance.
- Experience building or maintaining compliance frameworks.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-growing environment where they can influence change.
