FINCROFT, a UK banking organisation, is seeking a Head of Compliance & MLRO to lead the Compliance, Financial Crime and Data Protection functions from London.
This senior role reports to the CEO and engages with the Board and Risk Committee.
You will act as MLRO (SMF17), oversee AML/CTF, sanctions, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring and SAR reporting, and ensure UK GDPR governance.
