Business Analyst - Data Migration & Mapping

The Role
Our Financial Services client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Data Migration & Mapping to support a Regulatory Reporting project.
Key Responsibilities
- Map data between source and target systems.
- Understand data structures, relationships and business requirements.
- Identify data quality issues, including duplicates and missing data.
- Support data cleansing and standardisation.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation.
- Document data mapping rules and requirements.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst on data migration or data transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of data mapping and data structures.
- Experience with data quality, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Building Society or Banking experience highly desirable.
