Job Overview
For our London office, we are seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Manager with extensive experience in delivering complex technology and systems transformation programmes, to support a high-profile project within the Media & Broadcasting sector.

Qualifications and Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Agile Delivery Management, gained within technology or systems transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and ways of working, with the ability to pragmatically apply and adapt frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent within a programme context
- Proven ability to support Discovery phases, including facilitating workshops, defining scope, and translating outputs into structured backlogs in collaboration with Project and Product Managers
- Comfortable working embedded within a development team during Build and Close phases, providing hands‑on delivery support and maintaining team cadence
- Ability to translate team backlogs into plan views accessible to senior stakeholders, supporting programme reporting and bridging Agile delivery with programme‑level governance
- Experience in media, broadcast, or content technology environments is advantageous; understanding of content delivery workflows is beneficial
- Scrum certification (or equivalent Agile certification)
