As our service continues to grow, we are strengthening our leadership structure and seeking a capable operational leader to guide the next stage of our development. You will initially work closely with the Director, with a clear pathway to registration with the Care Quality Commission once fully embedded within the service.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the leadership, quality, and compliance of our domiciliary and complex care services. You will ensure the service remains safe, effective, and fully inspection-ready at all times, while leading a high-performing team delivering person-centred care in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational management of the service
- Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards
- Maintain strong governance and quality assurance systems
- Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and care planning
