Due to continued growth, we are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Care Support Workers to join our expanding team. The Role

As a Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with varying and complex needs across different age groups. Your role will involve supporting people to remain safe, independent, and engaged within their homes and communities while promoting dignity, wellbeing, and choice at all times.

Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, or dementia is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
