Due to continued growth, we are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Care Support Workers to join our expanding team. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting individuals within their own homes and the community, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

The Role
As a Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with varying and complex needs across different age groups. Your role will involve supporting people to remain safe, independent, and engaged within their homes and communities while promoting dignity, wellbeing, and choice at all times. Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, or dementia is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
The Individuals We Support
You will be supporting children, young people, adults, and older people with a wide range of needs, including:
- Learning disabilities (LD)
- Physical disabilities (PD)
- Autism
- Complex health needs
- Dementia and age-related conditions
- Behavioural and emotional support needs
Support may be delivered within the home, community, respite settings, schools, or during social activities and appointments.

- Caring, reliable, and professional approach

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and committed attitude
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience with complex care is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
