I am partnering with a PE backed client delivering a greenfield Workday Financials and PSA implementation across a multi-country environment. We are seeking a senior Finance transformation leader to own adoption, operating model alignment and deployment readiness across Finance. This is not a generic change role. We are looking for someone who has delivered Workday Financials in a Finance environment and understands how system design decisions impact R2R, P2P, controls and governance.
You will:
- Lead Finance transformation alongside Global Process Owners and the implementation partner
- Translate Workday Financials design into clear operating model and role impacts
- Drive change impact assessment, readiness and go live preparation
- Engage confidently with CFO and ExCo level stakeholders
- Support transition into BAU and embed new ways of working
We are looking for:
- Proven experience delivering Workday Financials implementations
- Experience leading Finance workstreams or Finance transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of R2R and P2P processes
- Credibility operating at senior Finance leadership level
You may currently be a Workday Financials Lead, Finance Transformation Director, Workday Finance Programme Lead or Global Process Owner.
