What You'll Do:
- Engage & Support: Work with the Contract Manager and key stakeholders to deliver employment-focused outcomes.
- Empower & Guide: Help customers overcome barriers to employment, providing action plans, advice, and guidance.
- Deliver & Motivate: Offer job search guidance, CV writing, and soft skills development, especially in hospitality, retail, and tourism.
- Connect & Manage: Generate leads for vacancies, manage employer relationships, and ensure sustained employment outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of customers, ensuring effective activity based on their job readiness.
- Address personal and contextual constraints to employment, boosting customers' confidence and skills.
- Directly deliver employment support and motivational sessions.
- Generate and manage leads for vacancies and employer relationships.
- Provide ongoing advice and support during customers' initial weeks of employment.

- Salary: £26,000.00 to £30,000.00 per annum depending on experience
- Location: Southwark
- Contract: Permanent – Full Time
- Hours: Monday - Friday
