Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support the business in providing market intelligence and data to increase sales activities, as we continue to expand our global presence.
Working with the Head of European Sales, the Sales Operations Executive will play a key role in identifying and onboarding clients onto our LUSID product. You will be supporting the sales process, as well as playing an active part in RFPs and supporting with closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of a global team to ensure senior leadership and sales team have the required information and collateral to engage with prospects
- Preparation of materials and representing FINBOURNE at industry events and trade shows
- Managing sales data, including the CRM and helping with sales forecasting and reporting
- Producing metric and KPI production and review
- Developing go-to-market models for products and campaigns
- Working with the Business Development teams to qualify leads and facilitate sales
- Working with Head of Sales and Marketing to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins
- Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy
- Assisting with proposals and RFP responses
Skills and Experience
- Previous consulting experience or sales support within Financial Services
- Experience working for a startup or scale-up would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload and work toward deadlines
- A team player that has experience working within cross-functional teams
- Proficient user of MS Office suite, in particular, PowerPoint
