Finatal is partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business headquartered in Manchester in its search for a Chief Financial Officer. With a strong product offering, loyal customer base and recurring revenue model, the business has established a solid platform for growth and is now entering a critical value creation phase. Backed by an ambitious private equity investor, the company is targeting a doubling of ARR over the next two years, alongside continued operational maturity and preparation for an eventual exit. As CFO, you will work closely with the CEO, Board and investors to execute the growth strategy, build best-in-class financial processes and provide the commercial insight required to scale successfully. Responsibilities Partner with the CEO and Board to deliver the business plan and value creation agenda. Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, forecasting and performance analysis. Own investor, lender and Board reporting, providing clear visibility on business performance and key growth metrics.
