Finatal is working with a leading global tech-focused private equity fund looking for an experienced individual to join the Investor Relations team. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit, growing team in a fund that offers unparalleled exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead fundraising processes and investor outreach initiatives across European and international markets
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing and prospective LPs
  • Lead investor communications including quarterly reporting, AGM materials, and strategic updates
  • Work closely with senior leadership on fundraising strategy and capital formation initiatives
  • Partnering with investment and finance teams to communicate portfolio performance and market insights to investors
  • Representing the firm in investor meetings, conferences, and relationship management activities
  • Supporting broader strategic and ESG-related communications across the platform

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience within Investor Relations, fundraising, or capital formation (6+ years)
  • Strong understanding of private markets and institutional investors
  • Experience within private equity, technology investing, alternative assets, investment banking, or asset management
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively within a lean, high-performing environment
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required
  • European languages skills (German, Swedish, French, Dutch strongly preferred)
