A leading global alternative investment firm is seeking a Vice President to join its credit secondaries team in London. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a broad range of secondary transactions, including LP stakes, GP-led continuation vehicles, and structured credit solutions across Europe. Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of LP stake acquisitions, GP-led transactions, and structured credit solutions
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and preparation of investment committee materials
- Manage due diligence, negotiations, and deal execution with internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts within the investment team
- Support portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in credit secondaries, private equity secondaries, or investment banking with a focus on private markets
- Strong analytical, modeling, and valuation skills
- Experience executing complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in one or more European languages is desirable but not required
