Finatal is partnered with a private equity-backed international services group with revenues of c. €600M operating across 100+ countries. The group is in a pivotal transition phase, executing a value creation plan and preparing for a targeted exit in 2026. We’re hiring a Vice President of Corporate Finance to join the SLT and lead the end-to-end corporate finance agenda, including FP&A, M&A, and Treasury. This is a key strategic role for an ambitious leader ready to drive performance, enhance financial rigour, and help deliver a successful private equity exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Financial Leadership: Act as a senior partner to the CFO and exec team, driving financial readiness for exit. Lead transformation projects to enhance reporting, planning, and business partnering. Support the delivery of the value creation plan through targeted strategic initiatives.
- M&A Execution: Lead global M&A processes: origination, diligence, modelling, and post-deal integration. Manage valuations and financial inputs for buy-side and exit scenarios.
- FP&A Oversight: Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Deliver sharp commercial insight and KPI tracking to support executive decision-making. Lead scenario modelling to assess strategic opportunities and risks.
- Treasury Leadership: Oversee global treasury operations: FX, liquidity, and debt facility management. Strengthen lender relationships and optimise cash and working capital. Align treasury strategy with international scale and PE governance.
Key Requirements:
- Solid track record in senior finance roles, ideally in PE-backed, international, services-led businesses.
- Demonstrated success in M&A execution, value creation, and PE exit preparation.
- Ability to travel (2 days in London) and sometimes across Europe.
- Commercially sharp, execution-focused, and confident, operating at board level.
