Finatal has recently partnered with a £600m t/o financial services firm that is backed by a well-known PE firm in the US. With an impressive EBITDA of £250m, the CFO is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to bolster their finance team ahead of an impending exit.
The role will report directly to the Head of Strategic Finance and be part of the Strategic Finance team (3 people including this role) that will support a number of critical projects across the business. This team will have regular interaction with the company, but importantly, they will be focused on activities and projects that are focused on delivering equity value accretion.
- Support the Head of Strategic Finance in building a 5-year plan and a full planning model suitable for a future sell-side process
- Ad-hoc project modelling, including investment cases for major tech projects and tracking strategic initiatives.
- Working with a Big 4 VDD team on sell-side finance materials and an investment bank on the information memorandum and CDD
Private Equity experience: either in a PE portfolio business or someone that has worked within a fund
Highly commercial finance person
Ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
