Solutions Architect (London Area)

Location: Remote with quarterly travel into London Employment Type: Permanent Competitive Salary + Benefits About the Role We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join a rapidly scaling PE-backed accountancy firm and play a key role in designing scalable, robust, and future-proof technology solutions that support our product and business goals. What You’ll Be Doing Design and oversee end-to-end solution architecture across multiple systems and platforms Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs Define architectural standards, best practices, and documentation for internal teams Guide and mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to support long-term scalability and performance Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards Play a key role in technical decision-making and strategic planning What are they Looking For? Proven experience as a Solution Architect and having worked in a consulting background is a plus. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns, APIs, cloud services, and data management Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, Node.js, React) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience designing and integrating large-scale systems and services Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to balance long-term vision with practical implementation If this sounds of interest, please get in touch!
