Finatal is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in C-suite and C-suite-1 finance appointments across private equity-backed businesses. You'll take ownership of your own market, partnering with investors and portfolio companies to deliver high-impact executive hires while building long-term client and candidate relationships.
This is a great opportunity if you want a better platform to earn more commission, more genuine exposure to the Private Equity market and learning from 1 million+ billers or if you want to pivot your recruiting experience into Senior Finance/Private Equity.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver against your revenue target.
- Win and develop new client relationships across the private equity ecosystem.
- Recruit senior finance leaders, including CFOs, Finance Directors and their direct reports.
- Source, headhunt, interview and manage candidates through to placement.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic hiring advice to clients and candidates.
- Secure retained and exclusive search mandates.
- Build and execute a business plan to grow your desk and market presence.
- Support and mentor junior consultants while maintaining individual performance.
- Use CRM and market analytics to drive activity, opportunities and results.
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within executive search, finance or professional services but we are open if you've recruited in other sectors and want to pivot sectors.
- Highly commercial with a strong business development mindset.
- Assertive, driven and results-oriented.
- A natural networker with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, inquisitive and energised by a fast-paced environment.
