Date: ASAP RB0107 A private equity-backed professional services business with approximately £10m EBITDA is seeking an experienced Senior Exit Support Consultant to partner directly with the CEO and lead the business through its upcoming exit process.
This is a high-impact assignment requiring an individual who has successfully delivered multiple PE exits and can take ownership of the end-to-end transaction process.
The business is expected to transact with a larger private equity investor, making previous experience of sponsor-to-sponsor exits highly desirable.
The Opportunity Working as the CEO's trusted partner, you will lead the exit programme, ensuring the business is fully prepared for market while coordinating advisors and driving the transaction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the CEO, shareholders and private equity investors throughout the exit process.
Develop and execute the overall exit strategy and transaction timeline.
Lead vendor due diligence preparation across financial, commercial and operational workstreams.
Coordinate external advisors including corporate finance, legal, tax and financial due diligence providers.
Drive data room preparation and ensure high-quality information is available to prospective buyers.
Manage buyer interactions, information requests and due diligence processes.
Identify and mitigate transaction risks whilst maintaining momentum throughout the deal.
Support management presentations and investor communications.
Ensure the business is positioned to maximise value through a successful sale process.
Candidate Profile Led multiple private equity exits, ideally sponsor-to-sponsor transactions.
Worked closely with CEOs and PE investors on successful sale processes.
Extensive experience managing end-to-end exit programmes.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at Board level.
Excellent commercial judgement and the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
