An international software business is appointing a Senior Director of Finance Operations to lead and develop its global transactional finance function.
The Role
- Lead global Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay operations
- Oversee billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application and accounts payable
- Improve working capital, cash conversion and operational performance
- Drive automation, standardisation and stronger financial controls
- Build clear KPIs, governance and accountability across the function
- Partner with senior finance and commercial stakeholders
- Lead and develop an international finance operations team
The Candidate
- Strong leadership experience across Finance Operations, Shared Services or Transactional Finance
- Deep understanding of O2C and P2P processes
- Experience within a complex, international or recurring-revenue environment
- Proven track record of finance transformation and process improvement
- Strong systems knowledge and senior stakeholder management capability
- High-growth or investor-backed experience would be advantageous
