I am looking for a Credit Control Specialist to join a PE-backed and fast-growing business. You will be working directly with an outstanding CFO who has completed several Private Equity exits and who Finatal has a longstanding relationship with.
Your key role will be building out and leading the credit control function of the company while they pursue continued growth. Key deliverables will be designing a best-in-class credit function from the ground up, implementing robust collection processes, and improving cash flow and working capital. You will be responsible for setting credit limits and managing risk across a complex portfolio.
This person must be a self-starter who is able to hit the ground running and take full ownership of the ledger. Experience working within a fast-paced environment is essential, and you must have exposure to working with high volumes of data.
