This is a high-impact role supporting the growth of private wealth distribution across EMEA and APAC, working closely with senior sales leaders, product specialists, and marketing teams. The Opportunity
You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategy across international private wealth channels, providing actionable market insights, supporting strategic account planning, and helping drive commercial initiatives across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and client demand across EMEA and APAC.
- Identify growth opportunities and commercial risks across regions, client segments, and distribution channels.
- Produce strategic analyses, market mapping, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Translate market intelligence into recommendations on sales coverage, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
- Partner with senior sales leaders to develop actionable account plans for key prospects and clients.
- Map client organisations, governance structures, buying centres, and decision-makers.
- Define engagement strategies, success metrics, and implementation plans.
- Monitor progress against strategic account objectives and coordinate internal stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed research on target organisations, including ownership structures, strategic priorities, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain intelligence on distributors, private banks, wealth platforms, and institutional prospects.
- Capture and synthesise client feedback to inform commercial strategy and product positioning.
- Act as a liaison between sales, product strategy, and marketing teams.
- Translate market and client insights into product development and innovation discussions.
- Support evaluation of new product opportunities, structures, and market entry strategies.
- Ensure alignment between product capabilities, client needs, and sales messaging.
- Support initiatives such as market entry assessments, distribution optimisation, and platform partnerships.

Ideal Experience
- 5–8 years of professional financial / professional services experience.
- Ideally, at least ~2 years' experience within a leading management consulting firm (e.g. MBB, Oliver Wyman, L.E.K. or similar) and/or a strategy, commercial, business development, or sales strategy role within asset management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience developing growth strategies, conducting market analysis, and supporting executive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing materials for senior audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
- Exposure to private markets, alternatives, or wealth distribution channels is highly desirable.
