Recruitment Senior Associate Opportunity at Finatal! Based out of our London office, Finatal are actively hiring for a Senior Associate to join our Pan-European practice.

What will you be doing in this role? You will join the Pan-European practice based in London, and will support a senior partner with end to end search and project coordination. You will be integral to market research, candidate development and project coordination focused on c-suite level searches across Europe. This is a client facing role, and you will join client briefing calls but you are not responsible for business development.

  • Source talent using a mix of platforms and conduct initial candidate screening phone calls, and assess fit for the opportunity.
  • Stay commercially aware of market trends, activity and transactions in the Private Equity landscape.
  • Attend client meetings with the Head of Practices to lead on retained, exclusive, and contingent searches and take job briefings.
  • Conduct detailed research into clients, their backers and competitors, and create client packs to be utilised for client pitches, as well as during the search process.

What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?

  • 2-4 years experience in an executive search or staffing firm working with executive or c-suite level candidates is desirable but not essential.
  • We will also consider candidates with talent acquisition, project coordination or research experience who are eager to step into executive recruiting.
  • European multi-lingual applicants (Nordic, Spanish, German, French speakers) are highly desirable.
  • You must be presentable, polished and client facing. We’re looking for someone who holds themselves to high standards, excellent work ethic and strong organisational skills.
  • The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Must be able to commute to our Piccadilly Circus office 4 days/week.
