Finatal is hiring for talented Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing London team.

Responsibilities

• Build new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and meetings
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Deliver market insights and offer consultative services to clients
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for your clients
• Pitch for new business – aiming for retained or exclusive partnerships

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in agency recruitment
• A background in finance or related sectors (Finance experience is a bonus, but not essential)
• Strong billing history and a track record of hitting revenue targets
• Confident in business development, pitching, client management, and closing
• Keen to grow across UK, US, or European markets
