Finatal is partnering with a private equity-backed insurance business to appoint an Interim FP&A Manager in Reading.

Reporting to CFO, you will own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and board/investor pack development during a pivotal growth and exit phase.

The role is hybrid (2 days in office per week).

You will drive financial modelling, KPI reporting, scenario planning, cash flow, working capital, and collaboration with commercial and operations teams to maximise shareholder
