Financial Modelling & Valuations Manager

A PE-backed renewable business is looking to hire a Financial Modelling & Valuations Manager to join its finance team. This hands‑on role focuses on financial modelling, project finance structuring, and investment analysis to support capital allocation, acquisitions, and strategic growth across solar and battery storage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and audit complex financial models for equity and debt scenarios
• Analyse project economics, optimise capital structures, and support investment decisions
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risk and return
• Prepare investment and financing packages for investors, lenders, and senior stakeholders
• Support acquisitions, bids, and strategic growth initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with strong financial modelling experience
• Experience in project finance, corporate finance, or private equity‑backed infrastructure/energy investments
• Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Renewable energy or infrastructure experience advantageous
