We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business with revenues of c.£300m and a strong international footprint. Backed by a highly regarded fund, the business is entering its next phase of scale, with a clear value creation plan centred on operational excellence, global expansion, and strategic M&A.
As part of this journey, we are seeking an outstanding Group Financial Controller to lead the core finance function, strengthen reporting and controls, and support the business through continued growth and transformation.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Group FC will take ownership of group reporting, financial control, and governance across the organisation. This is a high-impact role offering significant exposure to senior leadership and investors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the group consolidation and monthly/quarterly reporting process across multiple international entities
- Owning the delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful financial information to the Board and investors
- Enhancing financial controls, processes, and systems in line with a scaling, PE-backed environment
- Managing and developing a high-performing finance team across geographies
- Supporting strategic initiatives including M&A, integration, and system implementations
- Acting as a key partner to the CFO in driving finance transformation and readiness for future exit
