We are partnering with a high-growth, £150m revenue Managed IT Services business seeking an experienced Interim Director of FP&A to support the finance function through a critical phase of strategic and operational development.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who can quickly embed, bring structure, and deliver actionable insight to senior stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function, driving improved visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and enhance the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver high-quality, insight-driven reporting to the Board and senior leadership team
- Partner closely with operational and commercial leaders to drive performance and profitability
- Build and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and scenario planning
- Improve KPIs, dashboards, and management information to enable better decision-making
