Finatal are partnering with a PE fund who are looking to appoint a Fractional CFO to support their IT Consultancy asset on a period of 2-3 days a week for a period of 6 months. Thereafter, the role will tailor into 1 day a week. We are looking for someone to help mentor and guide the incumbent FC/FD.
Role would require:
- Post-deal professionalisation
- Setting up KPIs, dashboard and investor reporting
- Setup cashflow forecasting
- Help with the strategy and guide the business and incumbent on the best way to execute
- Work with the founders and management team to help execute
Need to have operated under PE ownership and ideally lead an exit. Must have operated in the Tech Consultancy sector.
