We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business with revenues of c.£300m and a global customer base. Backed by a highly respected fund, the company is executing an ambitious value creation plan focused on scaling ARR, driving operational efficiency, and delivering strategic growth through organic initiatives and M&A.
As part of this journey, we are seeking a high-calibre FP&A Director to build and lead a best-in-class planning and analytics function, providing the insight and rigour required to support rapid, data-driven decision-making.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A Director will play a central role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. This position combines forward-looking analysis with hands-on leadership of planning processes and performance management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the group
- Developing robust SaaS metrics and KPIs (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn) to drive performance visibility
- Delivering high-quality analysis and insight to the Board, CFO, and private equity investors
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support commercial decision-making
- Building and evolving financial models to support pricing strategy, investment decisions, and scenario planning
- Supporting M&A activity including financial evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning
- Driving continuous improvement in FP&A tools, systems, and data infrastructure
- Building and leading a high-performing FP&A team
