Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end M&A process, with a focus on deal origination and execution.
• Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess potential targets.
• Conduct market mapping and sector research to identify strategic acquisition opportunities.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate external advisors.
• Prepare investment papers and presentations for senior leadership and the investment committee.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking (M&A), ideally with a strong focus on software or technology transactions.
• Proven execution experience across the deal lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
