We are working with a private equity-backed, tech-enabled B2B services business at a key point in its evolution. Following a period of change, the business is entering a critical transition phase, requiring additional bandwidth at the leadership level to drive execution and maintain momentum.

They are seeking an Interim Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO, acting as a trusted operator and delivery partner across a range of strategic and operational priorities.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a purely strategic or advisory position. You will be embedded within the business, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive initiatives forward, remove bottlenecks, and ensure delivery. You will operate across multiple workstreams, acting as a central point of coordination during a period of transition and change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the CEO to drive execution of key business priorities
  • Act as the central coordinator across senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress
  • Translate strategic discussions into clear, actionable plans and deliver against them
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Support key transformation and change initiatives across the business

Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in a high-impact execution role (e.g. Chief of Staff, Transformation Lead, Programme Lead)
  • Background in strategy consulting or operational consulting, with a strong bias towards delivery and implementation
  • Experience working in private equity-backed and/or high-growth environments
  • Strong ability to operate at pace and with ambiguity
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Highly organised, structured, and execution-driven mindset
  • Comfortable being hands-on and rolling up sleeves to get things done
