Finatal is partnering with a Private Equity backed technology business, who with an already healthy EBITDA, are looking to expand their team to support their growth. They are searching for a Head of Finance to lead the day-to-day finance, with a real focus on process improvement and upskilling the team. The ideal person will have a strong technical background, ideally with ACA qualification, yet have a strong commercial exposure and be interested in running budget, forecast etc. Most importantly, they will be a real “go-getter” who is keen to develop the team and lay the foundations to ensure the finance function can scale sustainably.

  • Lead the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end reporting.
  • Support the post-acquisition integration of all newly acquired businesses.
  • Oversee and enhance financial controls, processes, and systems to support scalability.
  • Manage the finance team, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance.
  • Support the preparation of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making for the senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on budget forecasts, financial planning, and cash flow management.
  • Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

ACA (ideal)/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
