We are supporting a £30m turnover telco business undergoing a period of operational change and increased reporting requirements. The company is seeking a Management Accountant to strengthen monthly reporting, improve financial processes, and support the finance function through a busy phase. This role will play a key part in delivering accurate, timely management accounts and supporting commercial insight across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce monthly management accounts, journals, and supporting reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and cost analysis
- Maintain balance sheet schedules and ensure accurate month-end close
- Support process improvement, reporting enhancements, and MI development
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to the FC and wider finance team
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong management accounting experience
- Experience within telco, technology, or other fast-paced sectors advantageous
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Available immediately or at short notice
