We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Vice President of Group FP&A to lead and evolve our global Financial Planning & Analysis function.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, strategic decision support, and finance transformation across a growing international software organisation.
Reporting to the CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping business performance, supporting M&A activity, enhancing forecasting capabilities, and delivering actionable insights to executive leadership and investors.
Key responsibilities
- Group FP&A and reporting
- Lead the group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Own consolidated P&L reporting, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen financial visibility across the organisation.
- Deliver high‑quality board and investor-level reporting.
- Business Partnering and Performance Management
- Partner with senior leaders across commercial, product, services, support, and corporate functions.
- Provide strategic financial insight to support decision‑making and business growth.
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators across the business.
- Data, Analytics and Finance Transformation
- Lead the development of reporting, data analytics, and visualisation capabilities.
- Champion modern FP&A practices, leveraging automation, AI, and advanced analytics.
- Drive the creation of a unified view of business and customer performance.
- Enhance data models and business intelligence solutions to improve decision support.
- Corporate Planning and Investor Support
- Own long‑range planning and corporate financial modelling.
- Support investor reporting, performance analysis, and strategic communications.
- Ensure rigorous financial standards and transparency across all reporting activities.
- M&A and Value Creation
- Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment case development for acquisitions.
- Support transaction execution and post‑acquisition integration tracking.
