A leading, high‑growth software group is seeking a Vice President / General Manager to lead its European portfolio. This is a senior, highly visible role with full P&L ownership, responsible for scaling a multi‑business software platform through both organic initiatives and M&A.

The opportunity

  • Own and grow the European software portfolio, driving both organic and inorganic revenue and EBITDA expansion across multiple divisions and business units.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with founders and senior leaders of acquired businesses, acting as a strategic partner and coach while holding them to clear performance expectations.
  • Design and execute winning strategies across pricing & packaging, go‑to‑market, sales, customer success and product innovation, ensuring each business is set up for sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Take full P&L accountability for the European region, embedding a performance culture where local leaders understand and own their numbers.
  • Originate and help execute the acquisition of profitable, high‑growth B2B software businesses across Europe, then ensure effective integration and value capture.
  • Drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across the portfolio, leveraging shared customers and channels.
